- After Initial Deposit: If you cancel within 7 days of placing your order, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- After 7 Days: Cancellations made more than 7 days after placing an order will forfeit the initial deposit, as materials may have been ordered and work may have commenced.
- During Production: Cancellations after production has begun will be subject to a fee covering materials, labor, and overheads incurred up to the point of cancellation. This fee will be determined by The Gilded Seam.
- Cancellations by The Gilded Seam: In the unlikely event that we must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take several business days to appear in your account.
